In January 2004, Emily purchased "Butterfly Gardens Cafe" on Bardstown Road in Louisville. The cafe features homemade soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. She has also opened a second location on Shelbyville Road. Emily is also the author of 2 cookbooks. Emily was the first presenter of our cooking classes and returns each year in March.

"Tuesday Tutorial - March Madness"

Presented By: Seth Bundy
Seth has cooked in various restaurants since the age of sixteen. Before coming to Christie's, he worked for Sinclair's Fine Dining Restaurant at West Baden Springs Resort. Before that, Seth was the chef for three years at the Evening Dinner House of the Beechwood Bed and Breakfast in French Lick. Seth has also attended classes at Sullivan's Culinary School in Louisville, Kentucky.

The menu has not been decided yet but will be fun recipes that you can make when you are entertaining your friends for a game night or just a casual get together. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel reservations up to 5 days prior of class day and 7 days with groups of 3 or more.

Credit card, check and cash will be accepted for class payment. When calling in for reservation a credit card number is required but will not be charged unless cancellation is not within specified time period.
