August 9th at 10:30 am: Grains, we will discuss the different grains that are being used in recipes and our menu will use grains in the recipes.
September 13th at 10:30 am: Cheeses, we will plan the menu using a different cheese in each recipe.
October 11th at 10:30 am: Breakfast for Dinner, Why Not? This menu will be planned around scrumptious breakfast options.
November 8th at 10:30 am: Small Bites for Entertaining. This will feature items that can be made ahead and then served to your guests as they mingle around at a gathering during the holidays.
Seth and I are excited about this schedule! Class Cost for each class is $25.00 per person this includes tax.
CLASS REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Call to reserve your spot. A credit card number is required to hold your spot but we ask that you pay cash or check on the day of class. We do not keep credit card numbers on file.
A three day cancellation is required (you may send a substitute). If you do not cancel and do not show up, your card will be charged. We hold a spot for you and food is purchased based on the number of class reservations. The presenter prepares for that number and is expecting you. Cooking classes are like tickets sold to a performance, concert or sporting event: it goes on as scheduled even if you can’t attend.
Monday before a Thursday “Cooking Essentials” class is the deadline to sign up or cancel.
If we cancel a class due to the weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by phone or email as soon as the decision is made and you will not owe for the class.
